I totally agree with the negative scenario presented by brother Khalid about the election process enforced upon us by the successive governments and the election commission of Pakistan.
We need to address the situation. The problem is constitutional. It can only be tackled through a Constitutional Petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan by making the Government of Pakistan and the Election Commission of Pakistan respondents. The election system can only be changed by the Parliament by bringing up Constitutional amendments if and when decreed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
For this purpose, I had requested Khalid Bhai to prepare a proper legal writ petition on the lines of his note above so that JPP can file that in the Court and also submit that to the Election Commission.
The above note is not worthy of a legal writ petition. If it is reconstructed in proper language and style, with proper references to the articles of constitution, and the facts of true representation of people, only then JPP will consider it in a legal way for onward submission to proper authorities. And it will be a long fight in the Court.
However, JPP can’t wait for things to take its desired shape. We have to work hard and continue our efforts within the present constitutional framework. Khalid Bhai has not been active yet, even after a lapse of one and half years, and has just been raising objections. Changes in Constitution take years of legal wrestling. Should we sit idle during this period and stop conveying our message to the masses.
Apart from the electoral process, we are simultaneously striving for raising an Awami Tehrik. That target needs tireless struggle and perpetual mass contact. Khalid Bhai has not moved an inch toward that goal. He has not even formed a proper JPP organizational structure in Karachi.
His duties have now been assigned to Bhai Sarwar bin Pakistan of Korangi (Cell No.0321 2272149), who now heads JPP Sind and has proved himself to be a hardworking and decisive leader.
God bless Bhai Sarwar and Bhai Khalid. The caravan of JPP must forge ahead in spite of unfavorable conditions. In fact, our battle, from the very beginning, is against the unfavorable conditions prevailing in the homeland. We already understand the situation. We don’t just raise objections and complaints against the odds. We have entered the field to take practical steps to organize the masses against tyranny, corruption and mass exploitation of people and resources.
JPP has expanded in more than 60 cities and towns. The pace of progress is phenomenal. We are destined to succeed. We are struggling to establish SABEEL ALLAH, hence we don’t care about difficulties in our way.
Suggestions for elections 2013
As in our prevailing Demoractic election syestem only the representative of capital class can contest election because it required more than 20 million for election campaign.They are to be from the class of 5% and rule over 95% why would they resolved the problems of 95% so when they reached in assemblies they try their best to get back their money with multiplication .Can any one imagine such aristocracy can bring any change in statusco. the real change can come through by real political entity . but the majority are financially weak so the ground are free for upper class who cant resolved the problem of common men because that to be is not in the real agenda they always gives only slogans and dreams to common men and exploiting them since PAKISTAN established the common man are so many times cheated by them now their condition are mearciable they are not hopeful by this election system .
That is why majority dont cast their votes and their votes misused by “THAPPA MAFIA” so what is the solution ?
How this scenerio could be changed ,how a geninue leaders could also reach in assemblies?
very simple “JANNAT PARTY PAKISTAN ” (and after that other part those are agree with following demands ,if agreed should boycott the elections untill or unless are demands are accepted).
JPP demands election commision to form a jury for fair election on each N.A jurisdiction comprise on area commissioner, judge ,anchor person ,well reputed member from civil society and etc .
Their duty will be to call all candidate contesting concern area . That jury will have one or more open public JALSSA all candidates will be given equal time to give their speach and answer of the questions . Video of this program will be recorded and telecast live ,for further campaign if required editing of the recorded program that would be by the authorized jury.
All T.V channels will be bound to broadcast recorded program without editing . Those areas where T.V and cable networks facilities are not available the authorized officals will deputed , to make sure and recorded program by CDs / DVDs is being possible to watch by everyone , every union council will arrange to play the video of program at different area of their jurisdiction .
Any party which atleast fifty N.A candidates would be participating all over country their party chairmen must be invited at main central level such program, that could also be used as election campaign . Booklet of such program could also be published only .
No candidate will strickly allowed to expend money on election campaign. Policy of propotion representative should be adopted so the each class representative could possibly reach in assemblies .
Technocrats and noblist should also be the honoary members of parliment.
The elections will be held under control of defence forces .
The purpose of this demands to bring forward real , clean ,competent , visionary and sincere leadership from society . We could boycott election untill or unless the demands fullfill , A day will come it will be demand of PAKISTANI nation, political oligopoly will be break and real democracy will be establish.
